Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Adapted from fitsugar.

  • 10 raw almonds
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup original unsweetened almond milk

 

Chop the apples and almonds into smaller pieces, unless you have a blender on steroids. Put all your ingredients in the blender, and blend until it reaches the consistency you like.
