- 10 raw almonds
- 1 red apple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup original unsweetened almond milk
Chop the apples and almonds into smaller pieces, unless you have a blender on steroids. Put all your ingredients in the blender, and blend until it reaches the consistency you like.
