Pie crust, a bit of cheesecake, and an overload of fresh berries are an oh-so-delicious combination. And the best part? It wasn’t heavy at all! Perfect for when it’s 102 degrees out, you’ve just eaten a hamburger, and your legs are sticking to the folding chair you’re slouched in. Oh yeah.
I think this cheesecake/pie (cheesepie?) is totally awesome because you can use different fruits too! You don’t have to stick with strawberries and blueberries. And you don’t have to cut out stars on the top, you can tailor it to your occasion; you could do hearts for valentines day, or whatever the heck you want! So cool!
P.S. I did use that pie crust she has on the recipe… it was a gamble and I was a bit scared, but it turned out really good!
