Banana Freeze

“I love bananas. Monkeys love bananas. Therefore, I am a monkey.” Wait… faulty logic.
The night before you want to have this for breakfast, stick a banana (or 2) in the freezer. In the morning, take them out, chunk them, and throw them in your food processor or blender. Add 1 Tbsp of milk for every banana. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy. And dreamy. Resist the urge to add more milk! It might take a while, but be patient… you might have to stir a couple times, but do it. Invest; the result is heavenly.
I threw some granola on top, just because I like granola. You can add vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg if you’re feeling spicy. Or whatever you want. Peace out.
